Wilma Ann (Garrett) McCutcheon

Funeral service for Wilma Ann Garrett McCutcheon age 83 of Valhermoso Springs will be Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church with Brother Tim Patrick officiating with burial in the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 12:00noon until service time on Saturday at the Church.

Ms. McCutcheon, who was born October 19, 1939 in Morgan County to James Wilbur Garrett and Olene Pike Garrett, died on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Huntsville Heath and Rehabilitation Center.

She retired from GTE and was a member of the Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church. Ms. McCutcheon had a passion for genealogy and had written one book on the Pike family and was working on her second book but never completed it because of her health. She had been a representative for Avon and Home Interior. Ms. McCutcheon loved her family and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sons, Mike and Timothy McCutcheon; a daughter, Renee McCutcheon and her sisters, Linda Chandler and Jo Goodman.

Survivors Include

 Daughter:                  Dorothy Kay Holt;

 7 Grandchildren:       Billy (Lori), Michael, Robbie (Brandy), Jason, Miranda, Matthew and Tommy

4 Great-Grandchildren:         Ashley, Nevin, Nyles and Nalyla

Robbie McCutcheon, Jason McCutcheon, Tommy McCutcheon, Dale Guess, Jacob Atchley and Yogi Guess will serve as pallbearers.
