Obituary
Funeral service for Mr. Vondal Wayne White will be held Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. The visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be at Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Brother Roger White and Sister Judy Williams will be officiating.
Mr. White passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Decatur Morgan Hospital at the age of 64. He was born to Calvin Truitt and Betty Jean White on July 19, 1958 in Moulton, AL.
Mr. White attended and called Harmony Grove Church Home. He loved Alabama Football, played the drums and loved riding motorcycles.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include: His sister, Sheila Smothers
Nieces, Shelonda Hayes (Dusty), and Lacinda Casey (Brad)
Nephew, Jamie Smothers (Mistie)
and many, many extended family.
Pallbearers: Jamie Smothers, Dusty Hayes, Tucker Hayes, Mark Carlson, Wayne Brady and John Williams.
Honorary Pallbearers: Darrell Terry, Tab Terrell, Norman Collins.
