Obituary

Funeral Service for Mr Jimmy McDonald, 58, of Danville, will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Peck Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery. Bro. Larry Duke will officiate the service. Visitation for Mr. McDonald will be Monday March 20, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. 

Mr. McDonald went to his Eternal Home on March 17, 2023 at Cullman regional Medical Center. He was born February 4, 1965 in Morgan County to Johnny Dean McDonald Sr. and Rosalie Young McDonald. 

Mr. McDonald worked at A & E Door Co. and then JM Door Company until he was disabled in 2006. He loved life, his family and friends. He loved deer hunting, trapping and raising his bantams.

Mr. McDonald was preceded in death by his son, Jay McDonald and mother, Rosalie McDonald.

He is Survived by:

Wife – Kim McDonald

Son – Justin McDonald

Father- Johnny McDonald, Sr.

Brother- Johnny McDonald, Jr. (Cheryl)

Sisters- Cindy Goodwin (Dewayne) and Myra Ann Powell (Pat)

Six Nieces and Five Nephews

Pallbearers will be:

Lindy Hampton, Cody Hampton, Stevie Smith, Brandon Smith, Joe Smith, and Michael Evans
