Obituary
Funeral service for Edna Turney, 86, will be Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donnie Hargrove officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Turney died on Friday, September 15, 2023 at her residence. She was born January 15, 1937, in Kentucky to Jasper Linford Harris and Juanita Ethridge Harris. Mrs. Turney was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Aubrey Turney; son, Harold McAbee; son, Scott Dunn and granddaughter, Jessica Corbin. She was a loving mother and grandmother and she enjoyed life.
Survivors include -
Son - Randy McAbee
Daughter - Margie Slaven
Daughter - Shari Eliff (James)
Sister - Diane Harris
Eight Grandchildren - David, Amanda, Mechel, Randal, Ashley, Jeremy, Mackenzie and Ayden
Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
