Obituary

Funeral service for David F. Jacobs, 72, will be Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Earl Holt officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.    Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. 

Mr. Jacobs died on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.  He was born Tuesday, April 18, 1950, in Limestone County to Jessie Jacobs and Eldora Rogers Jacobs.  He was a production worker for Chore-time, prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter- Angie Jacobs, a step-daughter- Christy Mitchell and three brothers- James Earl Jacobs, George Thomas Jacobs and Charles Edward Jacobs.

Sister - Annette Bartholomew

Brother - Danny Jacobs

Sister - Shirley Haynes

Brother - Max Jacobs

Sister - Sylvia Kay Angle

Grandchildren - 
Derrick Cross and Victoria Spangler

Great Grandchild - Kingston Cross

Pallbearers will be Friends & Nephews.
