Obituary
Funeral service for Billy Wayne Harris, 74, will be Friday, May 19, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo. Visitation will be Friday, May 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Harris died on Friday, May 12, 2023 at his residence. He was born January 19, 1949, in Morgan County, to Virgil Leldon Harris and Bertha Lucille Roy Harris.
He was self employed as a Tradesman and if you needed anything, he was the go to man. He was loved by many and will truly be missed by many. He was a Military Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. Billy enjoyed collecting clocks, antiques and old coins.
He was preceded in death by Parents, a brother: E.V. Harris, a sister: Ann Stone, a granddaughter: Nicole Jernigan and his ex-Wife: Jewel Harris.
