William "Bill" J. Braun, 63, of Hartselle, Alabama, formerly of Freedom, Pennsylvania, passed away on February 4, 2026. He was born May 15, 1962.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Braun, his grandparents, Joseph and Rosie Fash.

Bill is survived by his wife, Sharon Pressley Braun; his five children, Bo Braun (Michaela) of Monaca, PA, Jesse Braun (Maddi) of New Brighton, PA, Devin Baker of Hartselle, AL, Morgan Mobley (Dylan) of Cullman, AL, and Rose Morrison (Guy) of Orange Park, FL; and his adored grandchildren, Adeline, Sophia, Kayden, Ruby, Avery, Ava, and Owen. He is also survived by his loving mother, Suzanne Acree of Baden, PA; two sisters, Sharon Hendrickson (Ron) of Economy, PA, and Linda Baker of Baden, PA. Bill was a cherished uncle to his nieces and nephew, Heather Guido (Chris Reynolds), Kari Baker (Brian Osadciw), Melissa Smith (Ryan), and Ron Hendrickson (Mandy), as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

A risk-taker by nature and headstrong in spirit, Bill was also a true teddy bear at heart. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, riding his Harley, and his dogs, who went everywhere with him and were by his side until the very end. He will be remembered for his big heart, infectious belly laugh, and deep love for his family. Bill will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Per his wishes, there will be no services. Bill will be cremated, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in his honor.
