Wayne Roberts passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at his residence. He was born October 9, 1955, in Limestone County, to Adron Dillard Roberts and Ethel Florene McMunn Roberts.

Mr. Roberts was a United States Navy Veteran, serving 20 years, until his retirement and was a member of the American Legion. He was a NDT Inspector for the Navy and also was an OSHA Instructor with Red Cross. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing and riding his Harley, and loved his dogs, Tank and Chase. He was preceded in death by his father.

Son - Wayne Riley Roberts, Jr. (Corey),

Daughter - Chantelle Roberts Ramsey (Michael Carr),

Brothers- Phillip Roberts (Glenda) and
Tim Roberts (Tina)

Grandchildren - Taylor, Buddy, Hailey, Isabella, Jacob, and Emma.

Great Grandchildren - Anthony, Ava, Ivy, Cam, and Bobby

and Several Nieces and Nephews

The family will hold a memorial service at a date and time to be determined. It will be held at the American Legion Hall in Athens, Alabama.
