Funeral service for Wayne Hill, 75, will be Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Rodney Hill officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.    Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday, July 2, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. Hill died on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at his residence.  He was born October 7, 1949, in, Lawrence County, to Sherman Joseph Hill and Rubie Lee Romans Hill.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather, who loved his family and cared for them by farming and providing for them daily.

Preceding him in death were his parent, brothers- Danny Ray Hill, and Randy Lean Hill, a sister- Kisher Sue Stephens and a granddaughter- Katlyn Amber Hill.

Survivors include his wife - Brenda Hill,

Son - Chris Hill (Lisa),

Daughters - Angela Hill and
Amy Melson (Cecil),

Brothers -  Sherman Hill (Juanita),
John Roger Hill (Maria),
William Hill (Tonya), and
Jeff Hill (Tracy).

Sisters - Elizabeth Elaine Blankenship (Ray),
Frances Hill,  and
Brenda Sue Hill.

Eight Grandchildren - Adam Melson (Morgan),
Nikki Harris (Jess), Haley Couch (Eli),
Jessica Melson (Kali), Ashley Hill,
Alexis Hill, T.J. Harris, and Tyie Hill.

Six Great Grandchildren - Odin Melson, Leila Melson,
Atlas Melson, Jaxx Melson, Lakelynn Melson,
and Oliver Couch.

Pallbearers will be Tom McKee, Brian McKee, Jackson McKee, Eli Couch, Jess Eaton, Tim Harris, Kyle Richard, and Michael Ferguson.
