Funeral service for Virginia Stansell, 76, will be Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jarrod Helms officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery in Hanceville. Visitation will be Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Stansell died on Monday, January 6, 2025. She was born April 20, 1948, in Cullman County, to Emmitt Hendrix and Bertha Lee Twilley Hendrix. She was employed by Belk as a Sales Clerk, prior to her retirement. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a brother- J.C. Hendrix, a sister- Faye Morton and two great grandchildren.
