A Visitation and Celebration of Life for Ms. Vickie Clark Moody will be Monday May 4, 2026, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM and service at 6:00 PM in the sanctuary of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Ms. Moody passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at her residence in Danville. She was born to James Alta and Minnie Lois Crow Clark in Lawrence County Alabama on July 13, 1954.She worked as a CNA at Decatur General Hospital prior to her retirement. She was a member of Rural Grove Baptist Church. She loved her family and friends deeply. She was proud to say that she was the first daughter born after eight brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband David Moody; brothers, James Clark, Bruce Clark, Earnest Clark, Milton Clark, Rayburn Clark, Jimmy Clark, Jerry Clark and Barry Clark; and sister, Mickie Clark.

Survivors include two Sons, David Andrew Moody (Brittney) and Tim Moody (Judy)

Daughter, Regina Murphy (Jeremy)

Brother, Aaron Clark (Jan)

Seven grandchildren, Skyler Moody, Logan Moody, Kaitlyn Murphy, Caleb Murphy, Summer Horton, Caden Horton, Michael Moody (Haley), Jessica Reese (Daniel), and Braxton Horton.

Two great grandchildren, Cohen Moody and Peyton Moody.
