Funeral service for Trent Widner, 60, will be Friday, August 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Hal Daigre officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Mount Pisgah.  Visitation will be Friday, August 21, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. Widner died on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at UAB Hospital.  He was born July 25, 1966, in Marion County,  to Grady Thomas Widner and Betty Ruth Webb Widner.  He was employed as a machinist prior to his passing.  His father preceded him in death.

Sons - Devin Cook (Penelope),

Gage Widner,

Tori Johnson (Kevin) (who was like a daughter to Trent),

Brother - Tim Widner (Terry),

Sister - Wendy Widner,

Mother-in-law - Diane Avery (Danny),

Father-in-law - Kent Pilkington (Terri),

Brother-in-law - Joseph Pilkington,

Nieces - Kayla Widner, Kennedi White (Cohen),

and a host of great nieces and nephews,
