Tony A. Huguley, 78, died on Monday, June 22, 2026, at his residence. He was born July 8, 1947, in Brilliant, Ala., to Chesley Huguley and Maggie Mae Thompson Huguley.

He was a Baptist minister and a member of the Winfield National Guard and was a United States Army Veteran. He worked in communications for 25 years.

Survivors include three nephews, Terry (Peggy) Huguley, Stan (Mary) Huguley and Jeff (Leigh Ann) Huguley; and three nieces, Sandy (David) Gann, Sheila (Riley) Shook and Roxie (David) Young.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Shirley Huguley and his parents; one brother, Doug (Ruby) Huguley; three sisters Clytee Huguley, Lawana (Sonny) Pitts and Flora Huguley; and one nephew, Gary Taylor.

Family has chosen cremation and will inter remains at a later date at Mount Pleasant Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
