Tommy Sivley passed peacefully on February 23, 2026, at Decatur Health & Rehab from heart and renal failure. Tommy never met a stranger. He enjoyed classic westerns and tall tales, both hearing them and telling them.

His greatest love was his wife of 51 years, Jackie. He proclaimed his love for her to everyone he met, saying it was "love at first sight" but her cooking might have had something to do with it.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward F. Sivley, stepfather, Henry A. Bullard, stepbrother J.D. Bullard, and stepsister, Patsy B. Morgan.

Tom is survived by his wife, Jackie Austin Sivley, mother, Viola Sivley Bullard, sister, Kathy Tadlock (John), brother-in-law,  Darrial Morgan, sister-in-law, Dorothy Bullard, several nieces and nephews and many cousins who he loved dearly.

The family would like to express our deep gratitude to Decatur Health & Rehab and Hospice of North Alabama for their care and compassion.
