A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Shirley King Howard, 85, will be Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Oak Ridge Cemetery with Geoff Halbrooks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Howard died on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at Madison Manor Nursing & Rehab. Center. She was born December 5, 1939, in Morgan County, to Gilbert Eugene King and Mary Eugie Ward King.

She was a homemaker for her family, whom she dearly loved. She was a member of Flint River Baptist Church in Hazel Green. Mrs. Howard was a Huntsville native but was originally from Hartselle, and was a graduate of Falkville High School, class of 1958.

Preceding her in death were her husband- Roy Howard, a son- Tony Howard, a daughter- Cindy Howard, her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include

Son - Timothy Howard (Michele),

Sisters - Nell Dobbins and
Betty Randolph

Five Grandchildren

Four Great Grandchildren

and Numerous Nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Chris Eng, Jake Neece, Steve Neece and Joshua Howard
