A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Sherry Gail Linderman, 77, will be Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Oak Ridge Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Linderman passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born November 17, 1948, in Morgan County, to Atley Leonard Howell and Edith Olene Brown Howell.

She was employed by Mutual Savings Life Insurance Company, as an Agent, for Liberty National Insurance, and at Big K, prior to her retirement. She loved people and her Church and loved watching the red birds. Sherry had many talents that included all kinds of crafts, woodworking, sewing, crocheting, to name a few. She loved teaching others her sewing techniques, especially her family members. Sherry loved raising Yorkies and her favorites were Rowdy, Sissy, and Christian. Sherry was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband of 54 years, Rondal J. Linderman, a daughter- Tracey Linderman and a sister- Carolyn Harper.
