Funeral service for Sherry Lynn Barger, 72, will be Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Phillip Ashley officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Lawrence Cove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Barger died on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. She was born September 22, 1952, in Morgan County, to Huelon Kinney and Iree Childers Kinney.

She was the owner and operator of Superior Auto Glass, in Acworth Georgia, prior to her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Cliff" Barger, a son, James Clifford Barger, Jr. and her parents.

Survivors include:

Son - Jeff Barger (Wendy),

Daughter-in-law - Cheri Barger,

Sister - Lori Peden,

Grandson - Caden Barger,

Step-Granddaughter- Shelby Mandanado, and

Great Grandson- Elias Eastwood Mandanado

Pallbearers will be Josh Marshall, Patrick Marshall, Philip Peden, Blake Peden, and Cody Landis.
