Funeral service for Sharon Ann Wascavage age 82 of Decatur will be Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 11:00am at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jeff Sellers and Brother Stacey Turney officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is planned.

Mrs. Wascavage, who was born June 7, 1943, in Saginaw, Michigan to Maurice William Schomaker and Irene Olga Blaine Schomaker, died on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at her home.

Mrs. Wascavage loved her family, especially her Grandchildren, Conway Twitty, and Elvis. She loved crafts of any type but spent lots of hours sewing. She loved flower gardening until her health would not allow her to do it anymore.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wayne Paul Wascavage Sr.

Brother: Thomas Schomaker (Pam) of Saginaw, Michigan

Mauriene Froman (Devin), Taylor Langley (Collin), and Lacey Clark

5 Great-Grandchildren: Beau Clark, Baker Clark, Cora Clark, Clark Thompson, and
Hayden Langley
