Shannon Ray King,  48,  passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Marshall Medical Center-South.  He was born June 7, 1977, in Morgan County,  to David Ray King and Jewell Ann Robinson King.

He was employed by CDJR of Albertville,  in the Security field.  He loved his daughter, Elyssa Rae, was a big Alabama football fan, enjoyed watching football, working on his car, golf, and shooting pool, and had a "mean" sweet tooth.

Preceding him in death were his son- Blake Hicks and his parents.

Survivors include

Daughter - Elyssa Rae King,

his Goddaughter- Chloe Faulkner,

a host of cousins, including Brookelynne Evans, Kristy Evans and Johnny Robinson,
