Funeral service for Ronald Dwayne Collins, 71, will be Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing.    Burial will be in Lebanon Baptist Cemetery in Falkville .  Visitation will be Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. Collins died on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at his home in Birmingham, Alabama.  He was born July 6, 1953, in Morgan County,  to Herman Samuel Collins and Elvie Deanie Shaneyfelt Collins.

Ronald attended Falkville High School, graduating in 1971. He was employed by UAB Medicine, as a Patient Care Technician, in the cancer Unit.

Preceding him in death were a brother- Timothy Rodger Collins, and his parents.

Survivors include:

Brother - Donald Wayne Collins (Heather), of Decatur, Alabama

Sister - Linda Gail Chesser (Ivan), of Mullin, Texas

Sister-in-law - Pam Collins,

Four Nieces -
Jala Chesser Yonkivich,
Amber Chesser,
Michelle Collins, and
Rhena Carr,

and Two Nephews -
Patrick Collins and
Rocky Collins,

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
