A Graveside Funeral service and Interment  for Pat James, 89, will be Friday, September 12, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Elmwood Cemetery in Springfield, Tennessee, with Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled at this time.

Mrs. James passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.  She was born November 24, 1935, in Tennessee, to Pete and Mable Banton.  She was a homemaker for her family, who she loved dearly. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Preceding her in death were her husband- Austin Davis James, and her parents.

Survivors include

Sons - Dave James (Betsy), and
Matt James,

Daughter - Denise Phillips,

Six Grandchildren and

Five Great Grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Dave James, Matt James, Blake Hale, Yancy Sims, and Jayden James.
