A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Myrna Blakemore Brazell, 86, will be Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Moulton Memorial Gardens with Bro. Charles Killough officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday, June 20, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Brazell died on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at her residence.  She was born March 24, 1940, in Lawrence County,  to James Stanley Blakemore and Mary Ellen Stewart Blakemore.

She was employed by Falkville Nursing Home as a Medical Codes Secretary, prior to her retirement. She was a member of Rural Grove Baptist Church of Hartselle and was a member of the Sweet Peas Ladies group in Hartselle as well.  She was preceded in death by her husband- Carl Brazell and her parents.

Survivors include

Sister - Carrie Wells,

Brothers - James Victor Blakemore and
Tim Blakemore (Becky)

Two Nephews-  Stan Blakemore and Jason Wells,

Three Nieces - Nikki Hubbard, DeeAnn Hennis, and Robin Blakemore.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
