A Visitation Service will be held for Mona Lyle Charest , 88, on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel. No other services are scheduled.

Mrs. Charest passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at River City Center. She was born Tuesday, May 5, 1936, in Morgan County to Leroy Lyle and Birgie Evelyn Turner Lyle. She was employed in the Housekeeping staff for Mutual Savings Life Insurance Company, prior to her retirement. She loved the arts, music, and literature. She had a desire for all things beautiful, had a green thumb and enjoyed having her family together. She entertained angels unaware. Mona had a kind heart and was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Survivors include

Son - Ricky Charest (Tonya)

Daughter - Lisa Charest Burgess (Chris)

Sister - Charlene Lyle

Grand Child - Ashley Marie Charest (Billy)
