Mr. Melvin Lester Proctor, 74, died on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at his residence. He was born March 6, 1951, in Morgan County, to Lester Proctor and Myrtle Kathleen McDonald Proctor.

He was employed by Doorcraft in the manufacturing department, prior to his retirement. He was a big family man, loved fishing, and really enjoyed Alabama football.

Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister.

Son - Thomas Proctor,

Daughters- Teresa Fox
Gwen Proctor

Brothers - Dewayne Proctor
Roger Proctor

Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
