Martha Ann Powell Kenney, 92 years of age, of Westminster, Colorado passed away on July 6, 2025. She was the daughter of James and Dora Powell and was raised in Hartselle, Alabama.  She left Alabama to work for the FBI in Washington, DC.  There she met her first husband Lyn Arceneaux and traveled the world as an Air Force wife.  After her divorce, she married the love of her life, Audrey "Mike" Kenney.  They lived in Chicago before moving to Colorado. She spent many years working for Montgomery Wards.  After she retired, she and Mike traveled around the United States.

Martha is survived by her daughters Rebecca Neilson and Susan Arceneaux Smith, son-in-law Todd Smith, stepson Michael Kinney, granddaughter, Stefanie Neilson, grandson, David Neilson and many nieces and nephews.

Martha will be interred in her hometown of Hartselle, Alabama.
