A Celebration of Life service for Mark Dwain Free, 66, will be Friday, June 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM at Hartselle Church of Christ with Phil Warnick officiating. No visitation time is scheduled.

Mr. Free passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital.  He was born September 10, 1959, in Morgan County, to Roy Douglas Free and Marjorie Louise Whitlow Free.

He was self-employed, as a Cosmetologist, prior to his passing. He was a graduate of West Morgan High School and the Cosmetology Program at Calhoun as well.  Mark was a resident of Florida for most of his life and had just recently moved back to Trinity, Alabama.

Preceding him in death were his parents, a sister- Lynda Sue Free, and a nephew- Lucky Stewart.

Survivors include:

Brother - Roy Douglas Free, Jr.

Sisters- Pam Cowart, and
Joann Free Harris
