Funeral Service for Leroy Beard, 78 of Hartselle will be Monday, January 20, 2025 at 1:30PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday, January 20, 2025 from 11:30AM-1:30PM at the funeral home. Mr. Beard was born November 12, 1946 in Morgan County, AL to Chester Beard and Estie Mae Roy Beard. He passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents. Leroy was a Member of Lebanon Baptist Church. Retired from Solutia after 36 years of Service. He was a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather, and a life long resident of Hartselle. Leroy never met a stranger. He loved spending time with his family and friends at Beard Stables, raising pleasure horses for many years, and loved being outdoors.
