A private family visitation service for Kelly Sheppard, 54, will be held with Peck Funeral Home assisting the family, at Peck Funeral Home.

Ms. Sheppard died on Monday, August 11, 2025 at her residence.  She was born September 19, 1970, in Morgan County,  to Roy Junior Burnett and Carolyn Sue Kyle Burnett.

She was employed by Publix, as a Department Manager, prior to her passing. She loved Auburn football and especially loved her kids and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Survivors include:

Son - Gregory Rice (Booka),

Daughters - Mercedes Burnett, and
Isabella Burnett,

Sisters - Denise Burnett (Vachetti), and
Amy Burnett Tillman, and

Seven Grandchildren
