A visitation for June and her daughter Traci Fletcher who passed away February 27, 2026 will be Friday, March 6, 2025 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM with a Celebration of Life service will follow at 3:00 PM in the chapel at Peck Funeral Home. Mrs. June Marie O'Conner Fletcher passed away peacefully at Summerford Nursing Home on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at the age of 76. She was born to Mr. and Mrs. Jack and Ailene Brailey O'Conner on June 21, 1949 in Limestone County, Alabama. June was an executive secretary at Intergraph prior to retirement. She was a part of the Church of Christ faith all of her life and was so grateful for the Chaplain at Summerford Nursing Home to bring her the Lord's supper every Sunday. June got so much pleasure doing word search puzzles, watching TV and eating. She had a great sense of humor,  loved listening to music and taking road trips, also. She loved her family very much and will be greatly missed. "You are my sunshine" holds a special place in her daughter's heart as it was sung by her mama to her as a child. A memory that she holds very dear to her heart.

June is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.

Survivors include her daughter, Traci Ann Fletcher; grandson, Conner Bodine and extended family.
