Graveside service for John C. West, 59, of Falkville, AL will be on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Roundtop Cemetery in Falkville, AL, with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday, June 8, 2026, from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. West was born on October 4, 1966, in Ohio to John Edward and Martha West, who preceded him in death. He passed away on June 5, 2026, at his home in Falkville, AL.

John grew up in Addison, AL. He was a 1986 graduate of Addison High School. He went straight to work after high school. He worked at Wolverine Tube for 22 years until they shut down and then went to work for Bunge as a Machine Operator. He was a hardworking, loving, man. He was such a great dad to his daughter and stepchildren, a wonderful Papaw to his grandchildren who referred to him as "Papa John" and a phenomenal husband of 35 years!
