Jody Maples

Funeral service for Jody Maples, 52, will be Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ben Bates and Bro. Kevin Free officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in New Center Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mr. Maples passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at his residence.  He was born September 29, 1972, in Madison County,  to Frankie Joe Maples and Brenda Faye Harber Maples.

He was employed by UPS, as a Driver, prior to his passing.  Jody had a passion for dirt track racing, Alabama Football, and deer hunting with his dad. He enjoyed junking and going to Trade Day,  to see what treasurers he could find. He was a wonderful father and son.

Preceding him in death were his father- Frankie Maples and his sister- Christina "Sissy" Maples.

Survivors include his Son - Wil Brayson Maples and his Mother - Brenda Maples.

Pallbearers will be Wil Brayson Maples, Derrick Rinella, Jason Maples, Danny Heard, Brad Maples, and Kevin Stinson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Buck Marlow, Tyler Freman, Brennon Johnson, J.K. Heard and Phillip Monk.
