Memorial service for Jimmy Duane Payne age 64 of Decatur, Alabama will be Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 3:00pm at Peck Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00pm until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. Payne, Who was born November 23, 1961 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Malcomb David Payne and Helen Kay Tanksley Payne, died on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was a self-employed carpenter and construction worker. He was a skilled woodworker, could fix about anything, and was a jack of all trades. Most of all, Jimmy loved his family.

Three Sisters: Kathy Coffey (Andy), Carolyn Allen (Dexter), and Lisa Compton
