Funeral service for Faye V. Carter, 79, will be Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Taylor officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Childers Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Carter died on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at her residence. She was born September 6, 1945, in Limestone County, to Thomas Herman Coffman and Maggie Evie Childers Coffman.

She was employed by Falkville Health Care, as a dietary worker, prior to her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Carter, her son- Daren Williamson, her parents, and sisters- Martha Hill, Janet Hicks, Linda Henning, Shirley Johnson, and Kathryn P. Mooney.

Survivors include her Brothers- Lonnie Coffman, Larry Coffman and Billy Coffman
and her nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Stacy Coffman, Blake Dotson, Bubba Tankersley, Lonnie Coffman, Arnold Livingston, and Joshua Mooney.
