Funeral Service for Euel Ray Methvin, 81, of Falkville, AL. will be on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Johnson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 noon until 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Methodist Church cemetery in Cullman, AL.

Mr. Methvin was born to Oran and Mattie Methvin on November 30, 1944, in Tennessee. He passed away at Cullman Regional Medical Center on February 14, 2026.

Euel loved cars, motorcycles and women.  He was a hard worker and worked up until his death.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Josephine Methvin, daughter Josette Cawthon, his parents Oran and Mattie Methvin, and siblings Jerry, Raymond, and Diane.

Survivors include:

Sons- David Methvin (Jessica) and Euel Ray Methvin, Jr

Sister- Pat Hamilton (Lee)

A lot of grandchildren and several great grandchildren

Pallbearers will be friends and family
