Mrs. Elizabeth Greerlyn Stroupe, 70, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026, from her earthly home, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born March 21, 1956, in Morgan County to Rufus Greer Vest and Coree Elizabeth Long Vest,

Survivors include her daughter - Cyndal Hightower Jones (Charlie), her son - Quinton Stroupe, a brother - Derry Vest, a sister - Saronda Vest (Randy), a Sister-in-law - Malinda Vest, Five Grandchildren- Emily Owens, Levi Scott, Journey Hightower, Clayton Jones, and Ava Jones, Two Great Grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life Dean Stroupe; her parents Greer and Coree Vest; brothers Tommy Vest and Dalton Vest.

Funeral service for Elizabeth Greerlyn Stroupe, 70, will be Friday, May 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wendell Bennett and Bro. George Whitten officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Interment will be in Oak Ridge United Methodist Cemetery, Hartselle, AL.  Visitation will be Friday, May 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Her nephews- Charlie Vest, Shaun Vest, Brad Vest, Kerry Vest, Tobi Vest, and Will Morgan will serve as pallbearers
