Funeral service for Elaine Huggins, 89, will be Monday, July 28, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Doug Wells and Bro. Spencer Bell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday, July 28, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Huggins died on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Riverside Senior Living .  She was born September 27, 1935, in Morgan County,  to Bernard Lee Holladay and Ona Francis Holladay.

Mrs. Huggins worked at Bell South, for 39 years, as a telephone operator. After her retirement, she enjoyed traveling with her husband, Ed,  and friends. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Ed Huggins, her parents, and brothers- Kenny Holladay, Paul Holladay, and Frankie Holladay.

Survivors include

Daughter - Teresa Conner (Lance),

Step-Son - Jeffrey Huggins (JoAnn),

Brothers - Buren Holladay and
James Holladay (Carol),

Sisters - Barbara Lee Moore and
Shelia Hampton (Randel),

Three Grandchildren and
Six Great Grandchildren,

Pallbearers will be Lance Conner, Wes Orr, Drew Hill, Conner Hill, Thomas Hill, Charlie Orr, and Colton Orr.

In lieu of flowers- family requests memorials be made to the Hospice of the Valley.
