Funeral service for Dwight "Bear" Kinney, 65, will be Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 5:00 PM at Journey Church with Bro. Joey Coots and Bro. Tim Kinney officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Journey Church.

Mr. Kinney died on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born April 26, 1959, in Morgan County, to Hyland G. Kinney and Christine Hudgins Kinney.

He was employed by Turner Universal Construction as a form carpenter, prior to his passing. He was a good husband, father, and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister- Deborah Price.
