Funeral service for Dorothy Drinkard, 79, will be Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Roberts officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Lawrence Cove Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Drinkard died on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Hanceville Health and Rehab. She was born March 29, 1945, in Morgan County, to Jake Byrd and Dora Dalrymple Byrd.

She was a homemaker for her family. She attended church at the Hanceville Nursing Home. She was always happy and had a big smile on her face, loved Bingo, Arts and Crafts.

Preceding her in death were her husband- William Drinkard, her parents, and a grandson- Cody Ray Drinkard.

Survivors include

Sons - Danny Drinkard (Stacey) and
Billy Drinkard,

Sister - Martha Kimbril,

Four Grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Justin Drinkard, Danny Drinkard, Dustin Drinkard, Austin Drinkard, Ronny Duke, and Jeff Massie.
