David JR Garrison passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Summerford Nursing Home.  He was born January 11, 1948, in Lawrence County,  to John F. Garrison, Jr. and Dorothy Mae Hastings Garrison.

Mr. Garrison was a self employed painter,  and a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Fore Garrison, his parents, a son- Angel Antonio "Tony" Burgos, a brother - Jimmy Rae Garrison and a sister- Martha Gail Brown.

Survivors include

Sons - Bill Hudson (Frances Brown),
David Garrison (Angela Waller),
John Garrison (Dawn Hedgepeth), and
Davis Lynn (Jean),

Daughter - Dorothy Adrian,

Two Brothers,

Two Sisters,

Thirteen Grandchildren and

Six Great Grandchildren

Services will be held at a later date to be announced by his family.
