Daniel Geist, born September 26, 1988 went home to be with Jesus on June 25, 2025.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Daniel was survived by his Mother, DeAnna Buhl; Father, Van Geist(Carolyn); Brother, Josh Geist(Adrian); Sisters, Christy Meeks(Roger) and Garie Ray(Gene); Children, Chase and Madeline, 12 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Vance.

A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ralph Henderson officiating. Visitation will be July 19, 2025 from 4:00 - 5:00 PM. A Graveside Service will be held at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
