Mrs. Marshall passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at her residence. She was born January 20, 1940, in Morgan County, Alabama, to Leo Franklin Puckett and Dorothy Frances McCaghren Puckett.

Carolyn was employed by the Morgan County School System, as a School Teacher and Counselor, prior to her retirement. She was a life-long member of Johnson Chapel Church.

After marrying Thomas, and starting their family, in Spokane, Washington and Anchorage, Alaska, they moved home to Danville, Alabama. There she spent her time raising children and teaching school at Danville High School. She enjoyed gardening and farming, but her biggest love and enjoyment was her family.
