A Memorial service for Bonnie Porter Whisman, 68, will be Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Donnie McDonald officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No  Visitation is scheduled.

Mrs. Whisman passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital.  She was born  September 16, 1957, in Morgan County,  to Jesse Porter and Ruth Grace Roberts.  She was a homemaker for her family and a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister.

Preceding her in death were two husbands, Marty Shelton, and Marty Whisman, her parents, and a sister- Barbara Hughes.  Step-father, Luther Roberts.

Survivors include

Daughter - Angie Brown (Brien),

Brothers - Floyd Porter (Tracy),
Paul Roberts (Patty), and
Wendell Roberts (Pam)

Sister - Shirley Clemons,

Grand Child - Ashley Brown,

and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
