Birdie George

Funeral service for Birdie George, 87, will be Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Keenum officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. George died on Monday, July 27, 2026 at her residence.  She was born August 7, 1938, in Davidson County, Tennessee,  to Charles L. Warnack and Daisy Louise Boone Warnack.

She was a Homemaker for her family and a loving wife, wonderful mother, and beloved grandmother and great grandmother. Her favorite past-time was spending time with her family. She was Catholic in her faith.

Preceding her in death were her daughter- Mary May, a son- Jeff Alderson, her parents, and a sister- Irene Butler.

Son - Charles Alderson,

Daughters- Rachel Hubler and Patti Jackson

Step-children - Brenda Gail Schirf (Robert), Ruth Ann Huffman (James), and Olan Samuel George III (Margie)

Fifteen Grandchildren and
