A Memorial Service for Billy Don Orr, 88, will be Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Soul Harbor Baptist Church with Bro. Ralph Henderson officiating.  Visitation will be Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.

Mr. Orr died on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Hartselle Health Park ER.  He was born October 11, 1937, in Morgan County to Ratliff and Hassie Pitman Orr.  Mr. Orr was a truck driver and diesel mechanic and was a Tram Driver at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tn., prior to his retirement. He loved to go camping and he was a loving husband and father.

Mr. Orr was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Judy Orr Shirey, and a son, Donald Craig Orr.

Son - Greg Mayfield

Daughter - Donna Kirby and husband, Tommy

Brother - James Orr

Brother-in-law - David Hopson, wife- Elaine and daughter, Olivia
Sister - Linda Crowl and husband, Everett
Sister-in-law - Pam Ward

Four Grandchildren- Khristina Rankin, Kimberly Cox (Anthony), Ashley Jones, Thomas Kirby (Laura).
