A funeral service for Barbara Jean McCraw, 76, of Hartselle, will be at 6:00PM on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Peck Funeral Home with Bro. Bo Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at the funeral home. Mrs. McCraw was born on December 5, 1948. She died on January 17, 2025 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
Mrs. McCraw was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Richard Ferguson.
Survivors include:
Three sons: James Greenfield (Timoran), George LaViers (Christy) and William Greenfield.
Daughter: Karen LaViers
Nine grandchildren: Cindy Almgren (Jesse), George LaViers (Sarah), Craig Sullivan (Tiffany), Rickey Goree, Nicholas Greenfield (Kaitlyn), Dustin Greenfield (Marie), Jordan Greenfield (Morgan), Keaton Greenfield, and Victoria Gillespie.
Sixteen grandchildren
